Pratice magazine layout

I want the layout to be simple and neat because after analyzing college magazines i found out that they are not filled with a lot of information they are quick and straight to the point with their tips. This may be because college students are often busy. I also wouldn't want to charge to much of a high price as being a student can often be expensive.
